So you decided you want to work out. You know, get back in shape, get some muscles, or even better impress the ladies with a nicely shaped physique. Well the key to a good workout is your

Blood Flow

Its all about warming up your body with a stretch and a little light exercise to get your blood flow pumping and moving throughout your body. So, that oxygen you breathe in can get to those muscles you're about to tear down when working out. You can't work out with a stiff cold body and get good results. Just like a man can't make it happen when limp, or you don't think to well if no oxygen is in the brain. Its all about blood flow. Its very extremely important.

So do the right thing, stretch, warm up, work out real nice and hard, stretch and cool down.
